Our smoothing treatments are designed to make your hair feel softer, stronger, and more manageable — without compromising your hair health.

But they’re not permanent straighteners, and they’re not miracle workers. Let’s walk you through what to expect so you feel completely confident in your results.

What This Treatment Does:

• Softens and smooths the hair’s surface

• Reduces frizz and unwanted puffiness

• Cuts down your styling and blow-dry time by up to 50%

• Improves condition over time with regular treatments

• Makes your hair feel sleeker, shinier and more manageable

The results are designed to enhance your natural hair texture, not change it completely.

What It Doesn’t Do:

• It does not permanently straighten the hair

• It does not mean you won’t need to blow dry or style

• It may have reduced results on coarse or highly resistant hair types

• It will not “set” your result until the hair has been blow-dried in salon (if a complaint is raised, we must assess it ourselves)

Results Last Around 12 Weeks

You’ll notice your hair becoming easier to style, with less time and effort. Many clients choose to book in every 3 months to maintain results and support their hair health.

Aftercare Matters

Your results will last longer and feel better when you use the right aftercare. That’s why we offer a full shampoo and conditioner as part of the service, or a discounted take-home kit on the day.

Using sulphate-free, smoothing-friendly products is essential. Regular washing with incorrect products can strip the treatment and shorten its life.

Important to Know Before Booking:

• Smoothing results vary based on hair type, history and density

• If your hair is coarse, porous or previously chemically treated, we’ll carry out a test strand and talk you through what to expect

• If you are of Asian, mixed or Afro hair background, please note: your hair may require more frequent top-ups or additional sessions for optimal results

• We’re always honest about what we expect to achieve — and we never overpromise

Concerned It Didn’t Work?

If you feel your treatment hasn’t worked:

• Please return to the salon so we can assess it in person

• We will only assess results once the hair has been professionally washed and blow-dried in-salon

• If we agree that results are not in line with what was discussed, we will offer a follow-up solution

• This must be reported within 14 days of the appointment to fall under our Allure Promise
