The Allure team always strive for excellence, through constant training and development, to ensure that we exceed our client’s expectations. Our open and honest consultation process ensures our clients can communicate their hair concerns and we can achieve their hair goals. Our founder

Kelly

Kelly has been the salon-owner here at Allure for 17 years and has a total of 24 years of experience as a stylist. She is an extremely positive individual whose many strengths include taking clients out of their comfort zone with her technical work and her exceptional skill at short hair cuts.

As our salon owner, Kelly pushes each staff member to the best of their abilities not only in their work but personally too. The team at Allure feel that Kelly is firm but fair and she views only the best in people.

Kelly is a fantastic role model to the team and her passion to be successful is inspirational. Outside of work, Kelly’s main hobbies include spending time with her family and likes to work towards making life long memories with amazing holidays.
