Becoming You at Allure Salon

For women who no longer recognise their hair and want a natural, discreet solution that actually works.

Hair loss isn’t always obvious.
Sometimes it happens slowly.

Your hair feels thinner.
Harder to style.
Less like it used to be.

You adjust how you wear it.
You try different products.
You find ways to hide it.

But it’s always there… in the mirror, in photos, in how you feel.

You’re not overreacting.
You’re not being vain.
And you’re not alone.

Becoming You is a private, specialist-led experience designed for women navigating hair thinning and loss, with a clear, structured method and solutions that work with your lifestyle.

No guesswork.
No quick fixes.
Just expert guidance, natural results, and a plan built around you.

If you’re unsure what to do next, this is where we start.

Everything is confidential. Everything is handled with care.

Side view of a woman with messy, shoulder-length, blonde hair wearing a colorful tropical print dress, sitting on a chair.

This isn’t a wig.
It’s not extensions.
And it’s not a quick cosmetic fix.

Becoming You is a specialist mesh integration system designed specifically for hair loss, sitting gently over your crown and blending seamlessly with your natural hair.

No glue.
No shaving.
No damage.

Just a lightweight, breathable system that feels secure, natural, and truly yours while your own hair remains protected underneath and free to grow.

Every system is custom colour matched, cut, and shaped to suit your hair type, face, and lifestyle.

You can wear a parting.
Add a fringe.
Style it smooth or textured.

It doesn’t sit on top of you, it works with you.

Because it’s non-invasive and designed around long-term hair health, it’s ideal for women experiencing menopause-related thinning, post-chemotherapy regrowth, hairline loss, or early stages of alopecia.

If extensions no longer feel right, or nothing else has worked, this is a different approach.

Calm.
Discreet.
Expert-led.

And designed entirely around you.

A real transformation behind Becoming You

Samantha is in her fifties.
A full time nurse. A mum of four. A proud nan.

Her life is busy. Night shifts. Early mornings. Always putting others first.

But over time, something started to change.

Her hair became thinner at the front.
The volume she once had was no longer there.
It stopped holding. It felt flat and unpredictable.

She found herself washing it more often, trying to bring it back.
Trying to make it look how it used to.

She had tried nano ring extensions.
They gave some fullness, but not where she needed it most.

Her hairline still felt exposed.
And in every photo, she noticed it.

Slowly, she stopped feeling like herself.

When Samantha came in, she did not know what the solution would be.
She just knew something needed to change.

Together, we created a plan designed entirely around her.

A mesh integration system through the crown for natural, seamless coverage.
Soft structure underneath for support.
A gentle fringe to frame her face.

No glue.
No damage.
No need for colour.

Her natural hair was protected underneath and able to rest and grow.

The result was not just fuller hair.
It was hair that moved naturally, blended perfectly, and felt like hers again.

And more importantly, she felt like herself again.

More confident.
More at ease.
Less aware of her hair and more present in her life.

Not create something new.
But help you feel like you again.

This is not just about your hair.

It is about waking up, getting ready, and feeling like yourself again without overthinking it.

Samantha’s 7 Month Journey

This is a long term, results-focused approach to hair loss, not a temporary fix.

Over 7 months, Samantha’s hair has continued to improve.

Her natural hair has grown stronger and healthier.
She no longer needs colour.
The overall density has improved.

She has moved from needing additional support underneath to now wearing only her mesh system.

Less maintenance.
Less stress.
More confidence in her day to day life.

This is what Becoming You is designed to do.

Support your hair.
Improve what is already there.
And create results that last.

There is a common misconception that wearing a system stops your hair from growing.

In reality, the opposite is often true.

By reducing daily stress, tension, and over styling, your natural hair is able to rest, recover, and grow more consistently.

Samantha’s Next Chapter

As Samantha’s confidence grew, so did her relationship with her hair.

What started as a solution became something she truly enjoyed.

She now wears her hair differently.
A full fringe that frames her face and feels natural to her.
A style choice, not something to hide behind.

She has also felt confident enough to change her colour.

Together, we chose a softer copper tone to complement her skin tone and bring warmth to her overall look.

This was not about covering anything.
It was about enhancing what was already there.

Her hair now feels like hers again.
Healthy, supported, and styled in a way that reflects who she is now.

This is where the journey evolves.

Not just fixing a problem,
but giving you the freedom to enjoy your hair again.

Sam’s Story

When Sam first came to us, her hair felt extremely fragile.

It would not grow.
It felt weak, overworked, and difficult to manage.
She wore it up most of the time, not out of choice, but because it felt like the only option.

Over time, she had fallen into a rut with it.

She did not feel like herself.
And it was starting to affect more than just her hair.

With encouragement from her partner, she decided to take a step forward and try something different.

From the very beginning, this was a complete transformation.

We created a solution that gave her instant support, coverage, and structure, while protecting her natural hair underneath.

At her first maintenance appointment, the change was clear.

Her confidence had shifted.
Her energy felt different.
She was smiling more, more relaxed, more herself.

She said something that stayed with us.

“I finally look like my daughter.”

Since then, everything has started to change.

She is wearing her hair down.
She is going out more.
She is enjoying getting ready again.

Even small things, like wearing makeup, started to come back.

This was not just a change in her hair.

It was a shift in how she sees herself.

And this is what Becoming You is designed to do.

Not just improve your hair,
but help you reconnect with who you are.

Courtney’s Story

Courtney is 27 and was navigating hair loss at a time when everything should have felt exciting.

She was planning her wedding and thinking about how she wanted to look and feel on such an important day.

Like many women in her position, she wanted something natural.
Something that would give her confidence without feeling obvious.

At her first appointment, we created a solution that looked beautiful on her.
Soft, natural, and designed to suit her features and overall look.

Shortly after, Courtney experienced a reaction to the metal used within the system.

While this is rare, it meant we needed to step back and reassess.

Her system was safely removed, and we began exploring alternative options that would still give her the result she wanted.

We have discussed a clip based option, allowing her to wear her hair comfortably and confidently, especially for key moments like her wedding day.

The most important thing is that Courtney still has a clear path forward.

One that works for her, feels right for her, and supports her through this process.

This is part of the Becoming You approach.

Sometimes things need adjusting.
But there is always a solution.

Every plan is tailored.
Every step is considered.
And your safety, comfort, and confidence always come first.

While this is rare, it meant we needed to reassess and adapt her plan safely.

Hair loss is not always sudden.
More often, it is gradual, quiet, and difficult to explain.

You notice it in photos.
You start avoiding certain styles.
You do not always say it out loud, but something feels different.

At Becoming You, we support women experiencing:

• Menopausal thinning, where hair begins to feel finer, patchier, or more see through around the front and crown
• Hormonal or stress related changes, including after illness, trauma, or periods of emotional overwhelm
• Post chemotherapy regrowth, where hair returns but feels sparse, uneven, or fragile
• Postnatal hair changes, where regrowth appears fine or patchy, often around the hairline or parting
• Frontal hairline loss or crown thinning, where styling no longer gives the same coverage or volume
• Early stage or non active alopecia, where patches have formed but the scalp remains calm
• Situations where extensions no longer feel supportive or effective

If you have felt dismissed, told to wait, or unsure where to turn, you are not alone.

This is a space where your experience is understood properly, and where you are guided towards the right solution for you.

“I didn’t think anything would help me feel better about my hair.

I had worn extensions for years, but they stopped working. The front of my hair was so thin and I was constantly trying to hide it.

When I found Becoming You, I felt nervous. I did not want anything obvious. I just wanted to feel like myself again.

The whole experience was completely different. It was calm, private, and I felt understood straight away. Everything was explained clearly, and for the first time, I felt hopeful.

Now I do not feel like I have to hide anything. My hair looks natural, feels secure, and I finally feel like me again.

I would not be without it.”

Hair loss is not always caused by one clear reason, and for many women, that is what makes it feel so confusing and overwhelming.

Your hair naturally follows a continuous cycle of growing, resting, and shedding. This cycle runs over time and, when everything is balanced, you do not notice it. Hair falls out, but new hair replaces it.

The challenge comes when that cycle is disrupted.

This can happen through hormonal changes, stress, illness, medication, weight loss, surgery, or emotional trauma. It can also be linked to newer factors we are seeing more often, such as weight loss injections like Mounjaro, where the body is adjusting quickly and redirecting energy away from non essential functions like hair growth.

During and after cancer treatment, the hair growth cycle is also affected. Even once active treatment has finished and you are stable, the hair may return differently. It can feel finer, more fragile, uneven, or slower to grow, which can be just as difficult emotionally as the initial loss.

For many women, there is not always a clear diagnosis or single answer. You may have tests, look for reasons, and still feel like you are left without a proper explanation. That uncertainty can feel exhausting.

It is also important to understand that if you are experiencing ongoing or active hair loss that has not yet stabilised, this type of system may not be the right step straight away. In those cases, the focus should always be on supporting your scalp, your health, and understanding what is happening internally first.

But for many women, the hair is no longer actively falling out, it has simply changed. It feels thinner, weaker, less predictable, or no longer like it used to.

This is where the right support can make a real difference.

Becoming You is designed to work with your hair during these phases. It reduces stress on your natural hair, supports it while it recovers, and allows it the space to grow more consistently, while giving you a result that feels natural, secure, and like you.

You do not have to wait for everything to feel “back to normal” to feel confident again.

Questions you might be quietly carrying

Will people be able to tell?
No. Your system is designed to blend seamlessly with your natural hair, with soft movement and no visible joins. It will look like you.

Is it hot or uncomfortable?
No. The mesh system is lightweight and breathable. Most clients forget they are wearing it after a few days.

What about the cost?
This is an investment in how you feel every day. Everything is clear and transparent, with consultations redeemable and flexible payment options available.

What if nothing else has worked?
Many of our clients come to us after trying other options. This is designed specifically for hair loss, with a structured and specialist approach.

Can I still style my hair?
Yes. You can curl, straighten, and style as normal. We guide you on how to maintain it properly.

Can I colour my hair?
This is discussed during your consultation. Your system is colour matched, so additional colour is often not needed.

Will it damage my natural hair?
No. Your natural hair remains protected underneath, and many clients see improvement over time.

What if I feel nervous?
That is completely normal. You will be guided at your pace in a calm, private environment.

What if I change my mind?
Your consultation is a no pressure space to explore your options.

Is this right for me if my hair loss is not severe?
Yes. You do not need to wait for it to get worse. If your hair no longer feels like you, this may be the right step.
